Change of Company Name and Close of Offer

The Board advises that the Company name has now been formally changed to Digital CC Limited (formerly Macro Energy Ltd) following shareholder approval at the General Meeting on Friday 9 May 2014. The Company has reserved the ASX ticker code DCC which will be incorporated from 3 June 2014.

The offers made under the Company’s Prospectus dated 12 May 2014 closed on 19 May 2014 with application funds of $9,100,000 being received and cleared.

The Company is completing the process for reinstatement of its securities to trading on the ASX. The issue of the Prospectus and vendor consideration securities will occur shortly in accordance with this reinstatement process.

The Company will provide further updates in due course.
