Verus Investment Update

Verus provides the following update on its Investments;

Lee County

Verus Investments Limited ACN 55 009 575 035 On 21[st] November 2008, Verus announced its intention to acquire a 10% working interest in the Lee County Project from Megashine 30 Ledgar Rd, International Limited (“Megashine”), subject to a number of Balcatta, WA, 6041 conditions precedent standard in agreements of this type.
