Appointment of Non-Executive Director
DigitalX Ltd ( DigitalX or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Roberts as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
Stephen Roberts is an experienced Chair and non-executive director of a number of listed and private commercial enterprises across financial services, bio-pharm logistics, agriculture and waste recycling. Mr Roberts’ most recent executive position was as Regional Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of Mercer Investments, Asia Pacific and prior to that Managing Director of Russell Investments, Australasia.
Throughout his career, he has been the principal adviser to highly regarded, large investment, superannuation and financial service companies. Mr Roberts has advised many companies on investment, asset and balance sheet management which included advice on the appropriate levels and structures of corporate governance required to achieve successful management and implementation. Over his board career, he has chaired and been a member of the Audit, Risk & Finance, Remunerations & Nominations and IT & Digital Committees of many large Australian corporations.
An Appendix 3X “Initial Director’s Interest Notice” for Mr Roberts will follow in due course.
