Resignation of Director

Perth, 4 July 2019: DigitalX Ltd (ASX: DCC) ( DCC or the Company ) advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Stephen Roberts has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company is currently in discussions with potential directors that have funds management and specifically blockchain experience and looks forward to updating the market shortly.

The Company thanks Stephen for his efforts during his short time as a Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
