Resignation of Director

Perth, 8 July 2019: DigitalX Ltd (ASX: DCC) ( DCC or the Company ) advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Sam Lee has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company thanks Sam for his efforts during his tenure as a Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
