Retirement of Non-Executive Director

DigitalX Ltd (DigitalX or the Company) advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Toby Hicks, has retired as a Director of the Company.

A corporate lawyer and Partner of a boutique Perth law firm, Mr Hicks was initially appointed for a threemonth term in August 2016 to fill a vacancy on the Board and to assist with the ongoing governance of the Company during a difficult period. Mr Hicks subsequently served as the Chair of the Company and played an integral role in the turn-around of the Company that ultimately saw the Company recording its first net profit in the 2017/2018 financial year. With the end of the financial year and following the strong financial result, and with a continually demanding legal practice Mr Hicks has indicated his preference to retire.

Mr Hicks has been assisting DigitalX since its inception and will continue to support the Company with legal advice going forward. The Company thanks Mr Hicks for his significant contribution as a Director.
