Board Changes
Perth, 23 November, 2017: DigitalX Ltd (ASX:DCC) advises that Mr Peter Rubinstein has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman, with Mr Toby Hicks stepping into a Non-Executive Director role, effective immediately.
The Company further advises that, as previously announced on 15 September 2017, Mr Faisal Khan, Non-Executive Director, has retired from his position as a Director at today’s Annual General Meeting. Mr Khan has indicated he has other business commitments which require his time and attention.
Faisal was appointed a Non-Executive Director in October 2016 and brought a wealth of knowledge to the Board of DCC in the past 12 months in office. The Board would like to extend their appreciation to Mr Khan for his contribution to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
