Board Changes

DigitalX Limited (ASX:DCC and ‘the Company’) is announcing today a number of changes to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Chairman Zhenya Tsvetnenko has tended his resignation from the Board of DigitalX and will relinquish his executive role in the Company to focus on personal interests. Non-Executive Director Brett Mitchell is also stepping down from the Board to focus on his core business interests, although he will continue to act as a corporate advisor to the Board.

Leigh Travers will be joining the Board as an Executive Director. Mr. Travers has nearly a decade of experience in financial and technology markets through his career at Fintech and Investment Advisory companies.

Mr. Travers is the Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations for DigitalX. He played a key role in the successful launch and management of the DigitalX Direct platform and has recently moved to the Boston Headquarters to fast track the AirPocket App distribution. He will be responsible for growing the partnership programs to expand adoption and use of AirPocket globally.

Further, Mr. Travers is also a current Director and Vice Chairman of the Australian Digital Currency Commerce Association (ADCCA) – the representative body for digital commerce businesses in Australia. He holds a bachelor of Commerce and Communications from the University of Western Australia and is completing postgraduate studies at MIT.

The changes follow the Company’s strategic review of its Board structure over the past two months to better position DigitalX for the next phase of growth, as it focuses on the commercialisation of its international operations led by its AirPocket App.
