New Corporate Video and Company Update

DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC and “the Company”) advises of the following news.

New Corporate Video The Company has released a new corporate video which showcases AirPocket, the only Blockchain-enhanced remittance, Bill-Pay and mobile top-up Application in the world today. Change of Company Secretary The Company is pleased to advise that is has appointed Ms Shannon Coates as Company Secretary. Shannon has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law and compliance. She is currently named company secretary to a number of public unlisted and listed companies, and has provided company secretarial and corporate advisory services to boards across a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing and technology both in Australia and internationally. Shannon is a qualified lawyer, Chartered Secretary and graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors course.

Interim Chairman Announced – Non-Executive Director Toby Hicks has been appointed as the DigitalX Limited Chairman. As announced to the ASX in July 2016, Mr Hicks joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director and has been integral to the Companys successful capital raising and his corporate and legal expertise has been invaluable over the recent period.
