Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Macro Energy Limited (“Macro” or the “Company”) wishes to advise shareholders that Miss Rachel Jelleff has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company effective today. Miss Jelleff’s appointment follows Ms Sylvia Moss’s resignation as Company Secretary.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Ms Moss for her dedication to the role over the past two years.
