Annual General Meeting Information
DigitalX Limited (the Company ) will be holding its Annual General Meeting of shareholders at 10:00am (WST) on 26 November 2020 ( Meeting ).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 10:00am (WST) 7 October 2020, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Meeting.
Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, nominations must be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
