Report Content The President of the Management Board of Sunway Network S.A., ArnoldAdamczyk, announces that on March 3, 2025, he completed a transaction toacquire 1,500,000 shares of the Company, thereby increasing his stake inthe share capital.

As a result of the transaction, the President of the Management Boardacquired 1,500,000 shares, representing 7.89% of the share capital and7.89% of the total voting rights at the General Meeting.

Following the transaction, the President of the Management Board nowholds a total of 8,957,415 shares of the Company, which corresponds to47.14% of the share capital and entitles him to exercise 47.14% of thevoting rights at the General Meeting.

The acquisition of shares reflects the President of the ManagementBoard's long-term commitment to the Company's development and growthstrategy.
