The BC Bud Co Corporate Update
VANCOUVER, BC, September 19, 2023 – The BC Bud Corporation (CSE: BCBC) (OTCQB: BCBCF) (“The BC Bud Co” or the “Company”), a house of high-quality cannabis brands based out of British Columbia, Canada, announces that its previously announced (see news release dated July 28, 2023) non-brokered financing (the “Placement”) will end with the second tranche completed on August 25, 2023.
A total of $198,500 was raised in two tranches completed on August 2, 2023 and August 25, 2023 through the sale of an aggregate of 2,646,667 units at a price of $0.075 per unit (each a “Unit”). Each Unit comprised one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a further common share at a price of $0.15 per share for a three year period.
No finder’s fees were paid in connection with the Placement. Proceeds of the Placement will be utilized for business development and general working capital purposes.
