Milan, June 28th , 2022 – The Board of Directors of Digital Bros Group (DIB:MI), which is listed on the Euronext STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and member of Euronext Tech Leaders and operates in the videogames market, has approved today the corporate events calendar for the fiscal year 2022/2023 as per Art. 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

October 26th, 2022	Shareholders' Meeting - Approval of the Financial Statements for the FY 2021/2022
th November 11 , 2022	BoD - Approval of the 1st Quarterly Report for the FY 2022/2023
March 09th, 2023	BoD - Approval of the Half Year Report for the FY 2022/2023
May 11th , 2023	BoD - Approval of the 3rd Quarterly Report for the FY 2022/2023
