NEW SPECIALIST APPOINTMENT TO BANCA AKROS S.P.A

Milan, July 03rd , 2023 - The Board of Directors of Digital Bros Group (DIB:MI), a videogames company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan (ISIN: IT0001469995) and part of the FTSE Italia Small Cap index and Euronext Tech Leaders, has appointed Banca Akros S.p.A. as the new Specialist pursuant to art. 4.4.1 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Banca Akros S.p.A. will enter the new role from July 17th, 2023, replacing Stifel Europe Bank AG. The management thanks Stifel for the collaboration and professionalism shown.
