("D9" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
Purchase of Shares by members of InfraRed Capital Partners Limited
Further to the Company's announcement on 11 October 2024, the Board of D9 is pleased to announce that James O'Halloran and Richard Crawford (together with his spouse) have each purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. James and Richard are, respectively, a partner and senior adviser of InfraRed Capital Partners Limited (" InfraRed ").
These purchases further align the interests between InfraRed and D9 shareholders.
The appointment of InfraRed as investment manager and AIFM is subject to regulatory approvals and third-party consents and the Board anticipates the appointment will become effective in Q4 2024.
