("D9" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
Confirmation of appointment of new AIFM
Further to the Company's announcement on 11 October 2024, the Board of D9 announces that InfraRed Capital Partners Limited ("InfraRed") has received all necessary regulatory clearances and required third party consents and therefore InfraRed's appointment as AIFM has become effective today. Triple Point's role as AIFM also terminated effective today.
As previously announced on 11 October 2024, InfraRed has already been providing certain interim support services to the Company pursuant to the terms of an interim support services agreement.
