In continuation to our earlier communications dated 19[th] May, 2023, 20[th] May, 2023 and 22[nd] May, 2023, whereby we had intimated about the loss of share certificates by the Shareholder(s), this is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25[th] January, 2022 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/70 dated 25[th] May, 2022, the Company has received the confirmation from M/s Mas Services Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (‘RTA’) for issuance of ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to concerned shareholders/claimants on 25[th] May, 2023, in lieu of share certificates reported as lost by them.

The letter as received from the RTA of the Company, is attached herewith.
