With reference to Circular dated 2[nd] April, 2019 received from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding clarification on trading restriction period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1[st] October, 2021 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the results for the Quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2021 would be considered (both days inclusive).
