With reference to Circular dated 2[nd] April, 2019 received from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding clarification on trading restriction period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1[st] July, 2020 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the results for the Quarter ended 30[th] June, 2020 would be considered (both days inclusive).
The Company has not yet fixed the date of meeting for consideration of the said Financial Results, the same will be communicated once finalized.
