Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 12, 2021, Digimarc Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing leadership transitions. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company is hosting a conference call at 5:00 pm eastern time to discuss the leadership transitions announced by the Company. A script for the Company’s conference call will be posted on the investor relations page of the Company’s website and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
