On February 20, 2014, Digimarc Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 20, 2014, Digimarc Corporation issued a press release announcing it had declared a dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock to be paid on March 10, 2014 to its shareholders of record on March 3, 2014. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
