ASX RELEASE

DGT Chief Executive Officer Takes Personal Leave

DigiCo Infrastructure REIT ( ASX: DGT ) announces that Michael Juniper, Chief Executive Officer and NonExecutive Director of DGT, will take a period of extended personal leave. Michael will spend time with family to work through a personal matter, and we extend our support to him during this time.

“I appreciate the support and consideration of the DGT Board and management at this time. I am disappointed that I need to take leave so soon after commencing the role and fortunate to have a highly capable team to allow me this time without disruption to the business,” said Michael Juniper.

Chris Maher will assume the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of DGT to ensure business continuity and momentum across DGT’s business is maintained.

“The leadership team of Chris Maher as Interim CEO, Simon Mitchell (CFO) and Ralph Goninan (CDO) will continue to execute the strategic roadmap, as outlined at the 1H FY26 results,” said Joseph Carrozzi AM, Chair of DGT.

The release of this announcement was authorised by the Board of HMC Digital Infrastructure Ltd.
