Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Digia hereby announces that it has been notified on 6 October 2022 of a change
in the ownership:

Etola Oy's holding of Digia's shares and voting rights exceeds 10% flagging
threshold. The company controls 2 930 495 shares of Digia, corresponding to
10.93% of Digia's all shares and votes. Etola Oy is under controlling power of
Erkki Etola. Ownerships have changed on 6 October 2022.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total 26,823,723 shares.
