Digia Plc has published its annual reporting package for 2024 in Finnish and
English. The annual reporting package comprises of the Annual Review, the Report
by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, and the Remuneration Report.
Digia's Sustainability Statement, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement,
are reported as part of the Report by the Board of Directors.

Digia is now publishing the Sustainability Statement for the first time in
accordance with the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting
Directive (CSRD).

Reports are available as pdf-files attached to this release and on the company's
website at digia.com/en/investors.

The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in Extensible Hypertext Markup
Language (XHTML) format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the financial
statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy
has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on the ESEF
financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised). The ESEF files are
attached to this release.
