Digia's Annual Report for the year 2021 has been published in Finnish and in
English on company's website, digia.com. A PDF file of the Annual Report 2021 is
also attached to this release.

The Annual Report contains the Board of Directors’ report and the Auditors’
report, the Financial Statements 2021, the Corporate Governance Statement and
Remuneration Report. The objectives and indicators of Digia's corporate
responsibility are reported as part of the Report by the Board of Directors.

The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in Extensible Hypertext Markup
Language (XHTML) format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary
financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy
has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on the ESEF
financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised). The ESEF files are
attached to this release.
