Digia Plc: Announcement of a change in shareholding according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Digia hereby announces that it has been notified on 3 January 2019 of a change in the ownership:

Tiiviste-Group Oy’s and Etola Oy’s combined holding of Digia's shares and voting rights exceeds 10% flagging threshold. Altogether the two companies control 2 930 495 shares of Digia, corresponding to 10.93% of Digia's all shares and votes. Tiiviste-Group Oy and Etola Oy are under controlling power of Erkki Etola. Ownerships have changed on 3 January 2019.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total 26,823,723 shares.
