Ingman Development Oy Ab’s holding of Digia's shares and voting rights exceeds 25% flagging threshold. Ingman Development Oy Ab controls 7,000,000 shares of Digia, corresponding to 26.10% of Digia's all shares and votes. Ownership has changed on May 13, 2019
The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total 26,823,723 shares.
