Digia Plc: Announcement of a change in shareholding according to Chapter 9,
Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Digia hereby announces that it has been notified on 24 January 2018 of a change
in the ownership:

Tiiviste-Group Oy's and Etola Oy's combined holding of Digia's shares and voting
rights exceeds 5% flagging threshold. Altogether the two companies control
1 450 000 shares of Digia, corresponding to 5.41% of Digia's all shares and
votes. Tiiviste-Group Oy and Etola Oy are under controlling power of Erkki
Etola. Ownerships have changed on 23 January 2018.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total 26,823,723 shares.
