ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10

We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter
9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's
ownership:

Matti Ilmari Savolainen has on 8 May, 2015 informed Digia that the amount of
Digia Plc's shares and votes in his control has decreased under 5,0% of Digia
Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Matti Ilmari Savolainen controls 970,659
shares of Digia, corresponding to 4.65% of Digia's all shares and votes.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and
20,875,645 shares.
