We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership:

Jyrki Hallikainen (060661-183B) has on 07 July, 2014 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under his control is under 10% of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Jyrki Hallikainen controls 1 635 463 shares of Digia, corresponding to 7,83% of Digia's all shares and votes.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
