Helsinki, 2013-02-22 12:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DIGIA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22 FEBRUARY 2013 01:00 p.m. ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership: Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Business ID: 0107638-1) has on 22 February, 2013 informed Digia that the amount of Digia Plc's shares and votes under its control exceeds 5 % of Digia Plc's shares and votes. Altogether Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company controls 1,903,860 shares of Digia, corresponding to 9.12 % of Digia's all shares and votes. The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,087,564.50 and 20,875,645 shares.
