ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership: Ingman Group Oy Ab (Business ID: 0702478-5) has on 9 November, 2009 informed Digia that it has on 9 November 2009 acquired 2,085,400 Digia Plc's shares. Ingman Group Oy Ab has further informed Digia that a company under its control, Oy Ingman Finance Ab (Business ID: 2241895-0) already controls 100,000 Digia Plc's shares. After the transaction concluded on 9 November 2009 Ingman Group Oy Ab and the companies under its control thus control a total of 2,185,400 Digia's shares and votes, which exceed 10 % of Digia's share capital, corresponding to 10.48 % of Digia's shares and votes. The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,085,364.50 and 20,853,645 shares.
