Digia has closed the acquisition of Climber International AB

Digia Plc announced on December 15, 2020 the signing of an agreement under which
Digia Plc will acquire the entire share capital of Climber International AB. The
closing conditions of the acquisition have been fulfilled today, and the
ownership of Climber International AB has been transferred to Digia as of
January 7, 2021.
