Helsinki, 2012-08-10 11:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DIGIA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 August 2012, 12:00 A.M. ADDENDUM TO STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE DATED AUGUST 9 2012 On August 9, 2012, Digia announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the Qt software technologies and Qt business from Nokia. Following the acquisition, Digia will be responsible for all the Qt activities formerly carried out by Nokia. The agreement sets the net cash consideration between the acquisition price and related licensing arrangement as approximately EUR 4,0 million payable by Digia to Nokia. The transaction is expected to close during Q3 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
