Digia’s Financial Calendar and Annual General Meeting in 2019

During the year 2019, Digia Plc will publish the Financial Statement Release, two Business Reviews and Half Year Financial Report as follows:

• Financial Statement Release 2018: Friday, 8 February 2019 at 8:00
• Business Review 1-3/2019: Friday, 3 May 2019 at 8:00
• Half Year Financial Report 1-6/2019: Friday, 9 August 2019 at 8:00
• Business Review 1-9/2019: Thursday, 31 October 2019 at 8:00

The Annual Report will be available on Digia’s home pages on Friday, 22 February 2019.

Digia Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 15 March 2019. The Board of Directors of the company will convene the meeting.
