Evenimente importante de raportat: Rectification of the report published on 15 January 2020, regarding legal documents concluded by DIGI COMMUNICATIONS N.V. in other periods but effective in December 2019, in accordance with article 82 of Law no. 24/2017 and FSA Regulation no. 5/2018.

After the publication of the above mentioned report, one clerical error was identified in the content of the columns 'Estimated Receivables/Liabilities in HCY', 'Estimated Receivables/Liabilities in RON' and 'Balance in EUR' from the tables of Annex II included in this report, as follows: Annex II, row 6 ('Estimated Receivables/Liabilities in HCY' was initally reported as 204,946,275, 'Estimated Receivables/Liabilities in RON' was initially reported as 979,499,730 and 'Balance in EUR' was initially reported as 204,946,275.
