Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026, for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code, shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
