Subject: Change in role of Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company – Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform the change in the Senior Management Personnel (“SMP”) of the Company, arising due to a change in the internal reporting structure.

In view of the above structural change, Mr. Sameer Khaladkar – Vice President, Exports (age 58 years), who was earlier appointed/designated as SMP, will no longer fall under the definition of SMP as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations from the close of business hours on December 11, 2025. Since there is no cessation of employment, Mr. Sameer Khaladkar will be continuing in the Company under the new reporting structure.

The information required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A (7) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure .
