Summary Bio of Denis Pettiaux

Denis Pettiaux (46) is a civil engineer in physics from the University of Brussels (1991) and holds an executive master in management from the Solvay Business School (1998, University of Brussels).

Since 2011, Denis is a member of SPDG executive committee, in charge of finance. He is also a nonexecutive member of various boards, advisory boards and investment committees.

Until 2011, Denis was a director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in Paris. In this framework, Denis focused on advising clients in corporate strategy, valuation, financing and regulation with a focus on highly regulated sectors. He also conducted numerous assignments aiming at addressing complex and multidisciplinary issues, requiring often simultaneously technical, financial / M&A, tax, accounting or legal expertise.
