DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of an interim dividend of $0.02 per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the year ended 30 June 2013.

Details of the dividend are as follows:

Dividend Amount: $0.02 per share Franking: 100% Dividend Type: Interim Ex-div Date: 21 March 2013 Record Date: 27 March 2013 Payment Date: 9 April 2013 Dispatch Date: 9 April 2013 Other Information: $0.02 franked at 30%

Shareholders are advised that the dividend payment will be paid on a compulsory direct credit basis. Contact has been made with shareholders to request bank details and these are to be supplied directly to the Companies share registrar, Boardroom Limited.

There is currently no dividend reinvestment scheme in place for the Company.
