DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of an interim dividend of 1.00 cent per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the period ended 31 December 2010.

Details of the dividend are as follows:
