OUTLOOK FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 2011

Dicker Data Limited (ASX:DDR) is pleased to announce its operating results outlook for the 12 months to 30 June 2011.

Based on internal management accounts Dicker Data estimates its sales revenue for the 2011 financial year to be in the range of $360-370 million (FY2010 full year $287 million) resulting in profit before tax from operations being between $8.5-9.0 million (FY2010 full year $6.5 million). This result is expected to produce a net profit after tax – subject to extraordinary items and potential year-end audit adjustments – of between $5.9-6.3 million (FY2010 full year $4.5 million).

Further details of the company’s performance for the financial year ending 30 June 2011, and the Board’s approved dividend payment, will be provided in the company’s full year annual report expected to be released to the market in August 2011.
