DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) is pleased to announce the declaration of an interim dividend of $0.0093 per fully paid ordinary share, fully franked in relation to the year ended 30 June 2012.

Details of the dividend are as follows:
