Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).

Dear Madam/ Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (7C) of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular numbered SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025 this is to inform that Mr. Manish Bhatia, Managing Director and CEO resigned from his position vide resignation letter dated June 02, 2026 to pursue other career opportunities (no material reason cited in the resignation letter). The Board has accepted his resignation in the meeting held on June 02, 2026 concluded at 04:15 PM, and he shall be relieved from his responsibilities from the close of business hours on August 29, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter shall be disclosed within 07 days from the last day of working with the organization.

Further, Board has also placed on record its sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding leadership, dedication and valuable contributions made by Mr. Manish Bhatia during his tenure with the Company.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with master circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, are mentioned in Annexure-1.
