On the basis of initial provisional figures, SDAX listed DIC Asset AG today
informs of some key aspects regarding the 2007 financial report. The 2007
financial year was characterised by strong qualitative growth for DIC Asset
AG with exceptional increases in income and profitability. The publication
of our results for the first three quarters of 2007 set this trend and the
fourth quarter has confirmed it.

According to provisional figures, profit after tax and depreciation for the
financial year 2007 will lie in the target band and will exceed EUR 36
million, which is clearly more than twice the profit made in 2006. This
excellent result is the product of a number of sources: stable rental
incomes from a substantially increased property portfolio, profits from
property sales as well as profit from opportunistic co-investments.

Total revenues in the 2007 financial year will amount to some EUR 230
million and will consequently be more than double the figure for 2006. The
earnings before depreciation and consequently the operating profit will
amount to some EUR 55 million.

The DIC Asset AG Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose a
dividend at the annual general meeting, which will take place on 14 May
2008. This dividend will be based on the operating profit and should amount
to at least EUR 1.60 per share. Compared with the previous year (2006: EUR
0.75 per share) the objective will thus be to increase the dividend payment
to more than double.

The annual report will be probably published on 18 March 2008.
