At its most recent meeting, the Supervisory Board of DIC Asset AG appointed
Markus Koch (45) as Deputy Chairman of the Board. By creating the new role
of Deputy Chairman of the Board, DIC Asset AG has made another contribution
in its dynamic growth towards enhancing its efficient corporate management
system. The appointment of Markus Koch had already been extended until
2011.

He has been working as Chief Finance Officer at DIC Asset AG since 2003.
The Board of Management also includes Ulrich Höller (Chairman) and Dr.
Jürgen Schäfer.
