Off-market takeover bid by Diatreme Resources for Metallica Minerals

The Board of Directors of Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM, Metallica) notes the announcement on 8 May 2024 by Diatreme Resources Limited (ASX: DRX, Diatreme) titled “Diatreme’s response to Metallica’s Target’s Statement.”

The Metallica Board continues to recommend that shareholders REJECT the Offer as per the Target Statement issued 24 April 2024.

The Metallica Board will shortly respond to the announcement made by Diatreme in relation to Metallica’s Target Statement and comments made about Metallica, the company.
