Diatreme declares its takeover bid for Metallica is unconditional

Metallica Minerals Limited (Metallica or the Company) (ASX: MLM) notes that Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX) today declared that its off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Metallica is unconditional.

The Board of Metallica plans to release a supplementary target's statement tomorrow, 18 June 2024.

The Board recommends that shareholders TAKE NO ACTION . Metallica's supplementary target's statement will set out important information for Metallica shareholders regarding the Offer.
