EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

Diatre m e Resources Limited (ASX: DR X ) is please d to annou n ce an ext e nsion of the Share Purcha s e Plan (SPP) by on e week to Friday 15 J uly 2016, to allow b r oader shareholder participation. The S P P is an ex c lusive share offer made only to t hose shar e holders re g istered as holders of fully paid ordinary shares i n the Company at 7p m (Sydney ti m e) 17 June 2016.

The S P P provides sharehold e rs with an o pportunit y to increas e their hold i ng in the Company as it c o ntinues t o advance a number of excitin g opportuni t ies. Unde r the SPP, eligible shareh o lders will be able t o purchase additional shares in DRX wit h out having to pay broker a ge or othe r transactio n costs.
